Good morning there,
In a world that often measures success with assertiveness and self-promotion, the biblical call to humility should stand out. Philippians 2:3-4 teaches us, "Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too."
Journal Writing Prompt: Write about a time when prioritizing others' needs over your own led to unexpected wisdom or insight in your professional life. How did this experience deepen your understanding of humility as a child of God in the workplace?
This scripture encourages us to approach our work with a heart of service. We should see our roles as opportunities to serve others in love and humility.
In love,
