Distractions are sent by the enemy to get us unfocused and off track.

To fight against these distractions, ask God for discernment so you can tell what is from Him and what is not.

Reflect on 1 Corinthians 7:35: And this I say for your own profit, not that I may put a leash on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction.

Journal Prompt: Think about one thing that got you off track from God's plan. What are you going to do to give your attention back to God in this area?
