Philippians 2:3-4 says, 3 Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.

Leadership is not about us or trying to impress others. It's about serving others. We lead to increase and help others. Here's the thing about serving others and doing it well: When we lead from the heart, we will inevitably get the things we need in return.

Humility and selflessness are essential in our leadership approach.
